• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
• Operate the point-of-sale system with precision, handling cash transactions and processing payments securely
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and assemble products according to company standards and recipes with meticulous attention to quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, adhering to all food safety standards and company procedures
• Collaborate effectively with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery
• Assist with various cleaning and restocking tasks to keep the store presentable and well-organized
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed throughout your shift
• Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing priorities and learning new processes and technologies
