Dominos Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Saint Charles, United States. As a vital member of our store at 2181 Droste Rd, youll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to keep the store presentable
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
