Dominos Pizza in St Louis, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, youll be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various in-store tasks as needed
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
• Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems
• Food handling experience or willingness to learn proper techniques
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
