• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision, ensuring all payments are handled securely and records are maintained accurately
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer expectations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods and support colleagues in achieving team goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment that reflects our brand standards
• Operate ordering systems and point-of-sale technology with proficiency and attention to detail
• Assist with various in-store tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working toward mutually beneficial resolutions
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs regularly throughout your shift

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems and ordering platforms

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
