Provide friendly and professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment for team members and customers
Assist in food preparation and ensure product quality meets our high standards
Manage inventory and organize supplies effectively
Operate various equipment within the store
Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Collaborate with team members to create a fun and exciting atmosphere for customers
Uphold and represent our brand image with pride and professionalism
Qualifications
Must be {AGE} years of age or older
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change
Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-focused mindset
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Customer service experience preferred
Excellent multitasking abilities
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective time management skills
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
