• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and responding to customer concerns with empathy
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment that reflects our commitment to quality
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and support colleagues as needed
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Assist with various cleaning and organizational tasks to maintain operational standards
