- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking
- Handle and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Adhere to food safety practices and maintain high standards of cleanliness
