• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail
• Prepare and assemble pizzas according to company standards and quality specifications
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and handling complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and busy periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Multitask effectively by managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously while prioritizing customer needs
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed throughout your shift
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and support team success
