Were looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service at our 3988 Maryvile Rd location. As the face of our brand, youll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
