Dominos Pizza in Effingham, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, youll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
