Dominos Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbia, United States. As a vital member of our organization, youll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while supporting various aspects of our pizza delivery operations.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service through phone and in-person interactions
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to a positive dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication abilities and active listening skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
