Dominos Pizza in Troy, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 427 Edwardsvillle Rd location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, youll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
Process cash and credit card transactions
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs
Qualifications
