• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive, helpful tone
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods and support colleagues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to all company standards and safety protocols
• Prepare products according to company specifications and customer requirements with accuracy and care
• Assist with additional operational tasks, including restocking supplies and maintaining inventory
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required in the course of daily duties
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities and customer needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
• Food handling or food service experience
• Experience working in a high-volume, customer-facing role
