Customer Service Rep – 

Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Rep. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and business partners. You’ll assist via telephone and email—answering questions, resolving issues, and handling complaints with calm professionalism. You’ll also monitor delivery routes, scan haul-away pods to verify stamps, and process any changes or cancellations to orders. Acting as the vital link between our warehouse operations and our clients, you’ll ensure seamless communication and consistently exceptional service. 

 
The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of related experience—ideally within a call-center environment—and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should possess strong customer service skills, adeptly resolving issues with professionalism and empathy. Your ability to multitask, coupled with exceptional organizational skills, will enable you to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that consistently exceed customer expectations.
