Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient scheduling for our service team. You'll work closely with a collaborative team of three to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do
As a
Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing service calls to meet customer needs.
- Enter customer information, service details, and notes accurately into company software.
- Communicate effectively with field technicians regarding schedules, parts, and job updates.
- Maintain organized digital and paper records for the branch.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as assigned to ensure operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service focus with a professional and reliable demeanor.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
