Job Description Overview
- Provide Excellent Customer Experience for potential and existing Customers
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers
- Answer questions and discuss product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs
- Billing resolution
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell, develop new customer opportunities and grow the agency
- Assist agency owners with attaining agency goals
- consultative insurance reviews for prospective and current customers to ensure their coverages meet their needs
- complete and present insurance quotes to prospective and current customers
- maintain current customer accounts through policy changes and customer interactions
- follow up on sales leads and prospective customers
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Property & Casualty License obtained within 30 days of hire (not paid for by employer)
- Outgoing, upbeat, and positive personality
