• Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment.
• Proficient in data entry and handling demanding customer service tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
• Excellent computer skills.

Preferences:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related areas within the foodservice industry.
• Recent experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Familiarity with Cisco phone systems or multi-line phone systems.
