Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.


Provide information about Culligan products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns.


Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and resolving any technical issues.


Process customer orders, cancellations, and requests accurately.


Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.


Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


A patient and empathetic demeanor when interacting with customers.


Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software systems.
