Customer Service Rep (CSR) at MasterTech Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

MasterTech Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As the voice our customers rely on, youll help answer questions, resolve concerns, schedule appointments, and ensure every customer receives 5-star service.

This role is ideal for someone who communicates professionally, enjoys helping people make informed decisions, and takes pride in being part of a supportive team.

What Youll Do

• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and scheduling appointments

• Provide friendly, professional service through customer interactions

• Enter and manage customer information accurately in our system

• Follow up with outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction

• Provide service and sales support, helping customers make informed decisions

• Handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and good judgment

• Stay calm and professional in stressful or fast-paced situations

• Work collaboratively with a team that values trust, respect, and having fun while working hard

• Remain open to coaching, feedback, and continuous learning

• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support when needed

What Were Looking For

• Friendly, customer-focused personality with a genuine desire to help people

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred

• Previous experience in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other in-home services industry is a plus.

• High school diploma or GED

• Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

• Quick thinking and good judgment when handling customer concerns

• Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment

What Youll Earn

• $18$20 per hour, depending on experience
