Your day will include answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, booking service requests, and coordinating technician dispatches through FieldPulse or similar software.You will follow up with customers regarding estimates, memberships, and completed services, process payments, maintain accurate customer records, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and technicians.REQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE1+ year of experience using scheduling and dispatching software (FieldPulse or similar)Experience handling customer calls, appointment scheduling, and reschedulingFamiliarity with FieldPulse, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar platformsStrong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage calls, scheduling, and dispatching simultaneouslyExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentARE YOU READY FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY?We invite you to apply through our mobile-friendly application.
