Customer Service Rep - Custom Craft Works

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team. Customer service representatives (CSRs) are the first line of defense for customers and clients, helping with questions, and providing information about products and services. They also take orders, modifications, and escalate complaints.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Phone Support: Handle incoming customer calls, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Order Entry: Accurately enter orders for Massage and Athletic Edge products via Shopify, Vendornet, fax, and email.
• Morning Paperwork: Correct mistakes from previous day.
• Sales Support: Assist sales team with quotes, questions, and order entry.
• PHS Orders: Enter PHS Medical orders and send EPD PO's to WTN after proofing.
• System Management: Maintain HubSpot CRM and update CCW Website inventory visibility.
• Customer Follow-Up: Provide order updates, tracking info, and address payment issues.
• Filing: Assist with filing and organizing order documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in a customer service role
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technology
• Excellent computer and data entry skills - including proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel) and Internet usage
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Excellent customer service skills
