CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Paid parking provided
ROLE IMPACT
This role supports the client’s quotation and customer service operations by delivering accurate pricing estimates, coordinating customer requests, and ensuring timely follow-up. Success is measured by accuracy, responsiveness, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining organized records and collaborating across departments.
• Review, prepare, and process customer quotation requests accurately and within established timelines.
• Communicate with customers to clarify specifications, answer questions, and provide professional support.
• Enter and maintain customer, pricing, and order information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests and consistent customer satisfaction.
• Monitor outstanding quotations and follow up to ensure completion and closure.
• Strong customer service, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service, order entry, quoting, shipping, logistics, returns, or order fulfillment preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain dependable performance.
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, or similar)
• Quote management and document tracking systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in estimating, quoting, or technical service environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
