What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:- Place purchase orders and generate quotes for goods and services
- Review and evaluate orders for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customers and vendors through inbound and outbound channels
- Resolve sales-related issues with products, orders, and deliveries
- Coordinate with sales teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Provide updates on order status, quotes, lead times, and shipping dates
- Serve as liaison between customers, sales, and internal departments
- Identify process errors and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
What You Need to Bring to the Customer Service Representative Role:- Experience navigating multiple software systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams
