Customer Service Rep - Full Time and Part Time available!

Pay Rate:

Weekdays: $15/hour–$17/hour (depending on shift) 

Weekend: $16/hour–$18/hour 

GET AN ADDITIONAL $2/HOUR EXTRA FOR BILINGUAL OR SPLIT SHIFTS!

Hours: Full time and Part time available, Call for details today!

****First shift, second shift and split shifts available between the hours of 6am and 10pm 

****Every other Saturday and Sunday required, but earn EXTRA pay on the weekends!

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)
 

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service skills required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Typing speed of 25+ wpm required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly and overall strong computer skills
• Handle confidential information

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and manage messages for customers outside of their business hours
• Follow customer scripts, gather required information and pass messages onto the customer
• Provide exceptional service with empathy and professionalism
