Customer Service Rep

Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHandle a significant number of inbound calls, providing phone support.Document customer transactions according to company procedures in a web-based CRM application.Perform new client setup and existing maintenance functions.Anticipate customer needs and deliver stellar customer service.Work with Attorneys to help ensure customer satisfactionEducation and Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.Experience in a professional customer service setting, business-to-business preferred.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyDemonstrated ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced environment.Required SkillsMicrosoft Outlook and Internet/Web SkillsListening and rapid comprehension skills; strong written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to remain calm and professional while dealing with difficult customers and customer situations.Ability to work both independently and as a team member in a collaborative environment.The Client Service Representative position is a Full-Time position, Monday through Friday in our Hauppauge, NY office.
