- Be the Solution: Assist customers by responding to inquiries and resolving billing or service complaints
- Communicate & Connect: Provide clear, professional support and keep customers updated on their claims
- Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions to ensure top-notch service
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively
- Comfort with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
- High school diploma or GED
Please note: This role is 100% in office in Houston, TX 77032. Qualified candidates must possess reliable transportation and ability to commute daily.
salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities
- Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
