Part Time Customer Service Rep
Pay Rate $22.00/hour to $25.20/hour
Duration 2 Years
Hours/Location 20-40 hours onsite in Oxnard, CA

0-2 Years of Experience. Manages all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
" Receives payment (cash, checks or money orders) for service and or/purchase of products.
" Operates company software and hardware to access data on customers accounts.
" Balances cash and checks on hand with system total and prepares funds for deposit.
" Answers basic inquiries relating to payments and general Company programs.
" Refers customers to CCR/telephone for service requests, high bill inquires and other CSR/CCR functions.
" Secures all operating and collected funds.
" Performs various clerical office monthly tasks -Highschool diploma required -SoCal Gas to provide all equipment
