  • Determine and process prior authorization requirements
  • Coordinate and submit clinical documentation, forms, and requests
  • Follow up on authorization status and approvals/denials
  • Support appeals, retro authorizations, and exception cases
  • Communicate with physicians, payers, and internal stakeholders

Key Skills / Requirements

  • Experience in prior authorization / patient access / healthcare support
  • Knowledge of payer processes, insurance verification
  • Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT codes
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
