Schedule: Friday – Tuesday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Location: Temple, TX 76508
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 7 Months
Pay Range: $15.00 – $16.00/hour on W2
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties: - Answer phones for public and internal customers, including employees, patients, and visitors.
- Document and dispatch work requests.
- Handle phone and work request dispatch responsibilities.
- Monitor environmental alarms, doors, gates, parking lot intercoms, and CCTV.
- Assist with workflow and assignments for patient transporters.
- Lead or participate in departmental projects.
- Provide feedback to leadership to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Handle difficult situations and provide conflict resolution when necessary.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Requirements: - Education: High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Years of experience: 1+ Years of experience in a healthcare call center
- Skills/Specialties/Technology: Microsoft Office Suite, customer service
