 Location: Louisville, KY 40223

 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-Hour Lunch)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Louisville, KY. This position is responsible for assisting customers with orders, providing sales quotes, supporting outside sales representatives, and helping customers identify the best product solutions for their projects.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls and assist with order placement, pricing, and product inquiries.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotes and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts, orders, and projects.
  • Assist walk-in showroom customers with product selection, questions, and order placement.
  • Recommend complementary products and solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
  • Research product solutions to help customers resolve project and field-related issues.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and timely communication.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
QualificationsRequired
  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including:
    • Excel
    • Word
    • Outlook
Preferred
  • Some college coursework.
  • Experience with AS400.
  • Experience in distribution, wholesale, industrial, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related industries.
