Duties and Responsibilities: 




•    Daily entering of data and compiling/completing time-sensitive reports.

•    Manage employee engagement with one-on-one coaching as needed.

•    Model customer service best practices at all times.

•    Assisting with inquiries and problem resolution

•    Check drivers in & out throughout day, print BOL’s and outbound details.

•    Obtain shipper’s releases number, destination, and trailer number.

•    Assign doors to drivers.




Work to Provide Exceptional Customer Service in the following ways:

•    Provide support to the teams throughout the facility in a way that every order and delivery can meet and exceed customer expectations.

•    Identify, test, & implement tools that can be utilized to satisfy customer needs, going above and beyond their expectations.

•    Use the tools provided to rectify  customer complaints. Communicate and document all customer issues directly with the Inventory Team and Warehouse Supervisors/Managers




Support Overall Goals of the Customer Service Department in the following ways:

•    Serve as 2nd level CSR for escalations.

•    Assist with inquiries and problem resolution.



















Job Requirements:




Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

•    2+ years of Customer Service Representative work.







Essential Qualifications:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. •    Proficient English required, Spanish preferred (required in some markets

•    Strong oral and written communication skills. 

•    Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

•    Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong client relationships.

•    Strong process improvement mindset focusing on continuous growth.

•    Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.

•    Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with peers and external customers.




Language Skills: 

•    Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish proficiently

•    Attend and manage audit related activities, including but not limited to maintenance and operational areas, outdoors, cleaning facilities and other high noise environments. 

•    Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

•    Heavy lifting up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable assistance.




Work Environment:  

•    Must be willing and able to frequently stand, walk, and lift products where required.

•    Must be able to perform in all areas that hourly employees are performing with the manual dexterity required.

•    Drug free work environment.
