Qualifications:
- Education: minimum High School Diploma and a bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Skills: Computer literacy, MS Office experience, basic SAP knowledge (preferred but not required), and strong customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Representative supports customer’s Surface Treatment business by serving as a primary point of contact for customers while collaborating with supply chain, operations, and credit teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- This role involves providing customer support primarily by phone, collecting and forwarding customer feedback, and proactively managing the full order-to-cash process
- The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused and adaptable mindset, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Candidates typically have at least two years of customer service experience, with a high school diploma required and a bachelor’s degree preferred
