CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a growing company in Keller, TX and is hiring Customer Service Representatives! If you enjoy helping customers, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Keller, TX 76248

Pay: $18.00-20.00/hour

Summer Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (32 hours/week)
• Opportunity to work an additional 2 hours before your shift by assisting with light-duty warehouse tasks for those who would like extra hours.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling member inquiries over the phone.
• Answer and document incoming calls while determining the nature of each inquiry.
• Respond professionally and empathetically to member questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Accurately document interactions according to company procedures.
• Help achieve department goals for call handling, first-call resolution, complaint resolution, and member retention.
• Remain open to coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret information and make sound decisions.
• Proficient computer skills.
