Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Rep - Merch Terminal Support CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchant credit card processing support, terminal troubleshooting, and customer service and a proven ability to diagnose issues, resolve inquiries, and communicate policies with clarity.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to telephone inquiries, requests, and issues from merchants regarding credit card processing and related services.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with service, authorization, and credit card processing terminals.
• Communicate applicable policies, procedures, and practices to merchants with accuracy.
• Request exceptions to policies and procedures on behalf of merchants within established limits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Effective telephone etiquette and clear verbal communication.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult calls.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to identify, resolve, and escalate complex issues.
• Proficient navigation of software tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated commitment to high quality customer service.
• Time management to support a high volume of clients while maintaining service quality.
