Summary:
- Duration: 3 Month Contract
- Work Mode: ONSITE
- Location: Las Vegas, NV
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for corporate filings including preparation, review, and filing of various documents such as Articles of Incorporation/Organization, amendments, and annual reports.
- Communicate effectively with states and clients regarding corporate filings and document retrievals.
- Obtain certificates of status, conduct name availability and status searches, and manage name reservations and registrations.
- Assist with Registered Agent mail, Virtual Office mail, and Services of Process (SOPs) as needed.
- Aid in the training of new and existing employees.
- Safeguard confidentiality of records and comply with all relevant laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Registered Agent Service/Mail experience required.
Preferred Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Self-directed and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of general corporate procedures or willingness to learn.
- Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and compile data.

Education / Experience:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience in customer service or legal industry.
