Customer Service Rep/Member Services - Pay increase at time of hire!

Are you great at building relationships with others?  Are you someone who goes the extra mile to take care of business needs? 

In this role, you will be the liaison between the company and current and potential customers and members.

Pay Rate: $18/hour with opportunity to increase to $19/hour at time of hire 

Hours: Full time, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Member Services)

Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)

Requirements: 

• Customer service experience in an office/business setting 
• Excellent phone and email etiquette
• Desire to build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Friendly and personable demeanor
• Conservative Values

Responsibilities:

• Clerical support including reception, data entry, filing, correspondence, bank deposits, billing, distributing mail and create reports
• Answer inbound and identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research any issues and provide solutions
• Upsell/suggest products when opportunities arise
• Keep records of all conversations into the database
