Customer Service Representative – Newark, CA

Pay Rate: $26.24/hr.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily warehouse and logistics operations in Newark, CA. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer support, coordinating shipments, resolving inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution
• Process orders, shipping requests, and documentation with accuracy
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure timely shipment movement
• Maintain customer records, logs, and reports in company systems
• Monitor inbound/outbound activity and proactively communicate delays or changes
• Support problem-solving for shipment discrepancies, damages, or service concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Provide professional, courteous service in a fast-paced logistics environment

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation preferred
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Proficient with Microsoft

• Monday – Friday
• Overtime may be available based on business needs
