Position: Order Processing & Customer Service Representative Location: Riverside, CA 92507 Pay: $20.00-$21.50 per hour Schedule: Full-Time
WHAT YOULL DO:
Process and manage daily customer orders and order entry
Enter, update, and maintain orders using SAP and internal systems
Track orders, shipments, and deliveries and help resolve shipping or delivery issues
Assist with customer orders by phone and email
Respond to customer questions and provide order status updates
Maintain accurate customer and order information
Support daily order processing, order fulfillment, and customer service activities
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Previous customer service, order processing, order entry, or data entry experience
Experience processing and tracking customer orders
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
