Pay Rate: $20/hr

Work Mode: Virtual with in-person training
Anticipated Class Start Date: 8/3/26
Duration: Contract Role

Training will be conducted in person from 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. No time off is planned during training until the end of nesting. After training, the working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST. Flexibility in shifts is required based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service to company’s customers who have or are looking to obtain a life insurance policy through their employer.
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
  • Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Discuss common topics with customers, such as enrolling or changing life insurance amounts, confirming or changing beneficiaries, understanding policy provisions, and handling billing inquiries.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the field or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to work from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a quiet, secure place to work. Hotspots and Wi-Fi are not allowed; Ethernet is required.
  • Able to use video during interviews, coaching, weekly huddles, and virtual training.
  • No time off is planned during training until the end of nesting.
