Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service for life insurance policy inquiries.
Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Discuss topics such as enrolling or changing life insurance amounts, confirming or changing beneficiaries, policy provisions, and billing inquiries.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field preferred.
Ability to work from home with high-speed internet and a secure, quiet workspace.
Preferred Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities.
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Technical proficiency and confidence in learning new systems.
