Training Hours: 8:30-5pm EST, Monday-Friday
Training Dates: 8/3/26 - 9/8/26
Nesting Period: 9/9/26 - 9/22/26
Post-Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 11:00pm EST
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service to the company's customers with life insurance policies through their employer.
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Discuss topics such as enrolling or changing life insurance amounts, confirming or changing beneficiaries, policy provisions, and billing inquiries.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the field or a customer service role preferred.
Ability to work from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a secure, quiet place to work.
Ability to work flexible shifts based on business needs.
Use video during interviews, coaching, weekly huddles, and virtual training.
