- Post-training Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST
- Schedules determined by performance ranking during training
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service for life insurance policy inquiries.
- Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Discuss topics such as enrolling or changing life insurance amounts, confirming or changing beneficiaries, policy provisions, and billing inquiries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Ability to work from home with high-speed internet and a secure, quiet workspace.

- Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Technical proficiency and confidence in learning new systems.
