Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team in a full-time, onsite capacity. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering hands-on experience and a path to long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and/or in person

- Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems
- Assist with order processing, account updates, and general administrative tasks

Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
