Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team in a full-time, onsite capacity. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering hands-on experience and a path to long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and/or in person
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain professionalism and a customer-first mindset in all interactions
• Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems
• Assist with order processing, account updates, and general administrative tasks
• Escalate more complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments as needed
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain service consistency

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
