About the Role:
ASSET RISK INC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep/Phlebotomist to join our Southfield, MI office. This exciting opportunity allows you to combine your customer service skills with your phlebotomy expertise to make a real difference in our clients' lives.



Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Perform blood draws and other phlebotomy procedures with accuracy and care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about services offered.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and phlebotomy techniques.
Requirements:
  • Valid phlebotomy certification or equivalent experience is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient care.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
