Customer Service Rep - Print Fulfillment

This is a customer-facing, order entry position for a wholesale wide format print fulfillment operation. You handle orders from lead to billing: taking the initial request, entering it accurately into our system, keeping the customer informed, QCing the finished job, and billing once it's complete. You follow up with vendors and shipping partners, set up fulfillment jobs, and jump in wherever the team needs help. You support production but do not run it.

This position is located at Patriot Print Fulfillment in Arlington, TX.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

What You'll Do

•      Provide phone, email, and face-to-face customer support

•      Handle orders from initial lead through billing

•      Enter orders into ShopVOX accurately and completely

•      Review incoming wide format orders for completeness and print readiness

•      Confirm materials, finishing, quantities, and timelines

•      Release jobs to production and track them through fulfillment

•      Set up fulfillment jobs (shipping, kitting, labeling as needed)

•      QC finished jobs before they go out

•      Communicate order status and updates to customers throughout the process

•      Follow up with vendors and shipping partners on order status

•      Bill customers once orders are complete

•      Release finished jobs to customers at pickup

•      Catch artwork or spec issues before production begins

•      Maintain clear, detailed job notes in ShopVOX

•      Uphold company procedures when customers request exceptions or rush timelines

•      Help wherever needed when the team is stretched thin

Experience Required

•      Wide format print experience required. Minimum 2 years in wide format printing, sign production, or a related fulfillment role.

•      Order entry and fulfillment background. You understand how orders move from intake to production to delivery, and you know how to keep that process accurate and on schedule.

•      Understanding of wide format materials (vinyl, banner, coroplast, foam board, PVC, aluminum, specialty substrates) and methods (roll-to-roll, flatbed, contour cutting, routing, lamination, mounting)

Preferred:

•      ShopVOX experience. You'll pick it up quickly if you've worked in a similar order management system, but prior ShopVOX experience is a plus.

•      Adobe products experience is a plus

•      5+ years in wide format, sign, or print production

•      Experience working with wholesale or trade-only customers

•      Experience in a high-volume fulfillment environment
