Job Title Customer Service / Order Management Coordinator
Location: Research Triangle Park, NC
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM
Pay Rate: $35.00/Hour


Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business, customer service, or order management role.
  • Working knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Solid analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end customer order management and fulfillment lifecycle.
  • Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries (availability, order status, substitutions, shipping).
  • Drive order accuracy and proactively manage supply constraints, including substitution recommendations.
  • Resolve complex customer issues while strengthening long-term retail relationships.
  • Support execution of seasonal and regional sales strategies.
  • Generate accurate reports and leverage data insights to support sales and operational decisions.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to review performance and optimize execution plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
  • Manage multiple systems, workflows, and priorities in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
  • Interface with internal departments and external customer organizations to ensure operational alignment.
Education
  • Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
