We are conducting a search for a well-established and growing distribution company seeking an experienced
Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to become an integral member of its team.
This is far more than a traditional customer service position. You'll serve as a trusted partner to customers while supporting the sales team, coordinating orders, managing product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry through delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and timely communication.
- Support the sales team with quotations, order entry, pricing requests, and customer follow-up.
- Coordinate customer orders while working closely with operations and vendor partners.
- Monitor inventory availability and communicate product timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and product information within company systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Assist with sourcing requests and special customer projects.
- Partner with multiple departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to a collaborative office environment where teamwork is valued.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of Customer Service or Customer Sales Support experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service

Compensation: Up to
$75,000, depending on experience
This is a full-time,
on-site position located in
Westchester County, NY.
