Achieve more with VoltVolt is immediately hiring for Customer Service Representative1st shift in Sun Valley CaAs a Customer Service Representative you will Greet and efficiently check in truck drivers at the facility verifying documentation loads and appointments. Provide professional customer service by answering phone calls responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments scheduling and deliveries. Schedule and manage appointments for inbound and outbound trucks to optimize dock and warehouse flow. Maintain accurate records of check-ins appointments and communications in relevant systems.This is a full time 1st Shift OpportunityHours are Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pmThe Ideal Candidate will have Previous experience in customer service logistics warehousing or transportation preferred. Strong communication skills both phone and in-person and a professional courteous demeanor.
