We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing construction staffing office in Sturbridge, MA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and helping both employees and clients succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist clients and employees
- Interview and onboard job candidates
- Coordinate employee placements to construction jobsites
- Assist with payroll and timecard processing
- Provide administrative and customer service support
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service, recruiting, or office experience preferred
