What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls + email support like a pro
- Answer questions about services, accounts, and basic product info
- Process payments, invoices, and collections support
- Schedule appointments, deliveries, and service routes
- Problem-solve and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records across multiple systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (service, ops, sales)
- Keep organized documentation of all interactions

- 1+ year customer service or call center experience
