Onsite | Ramsey, MN
$19/hr | Full-Time | Day Shift | Early Friday Out

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls + email support like a pro
  • Answer questions about services, accounts, and basic product info
  • Process payments, invoices, and collections support
  • Schedule appointments, deliveries, and service routes
  • Problem-solve and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams (service, ops, sales)
  • Keep organized documentation of all interactions

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1+ year customer service or call center experience
  • Comfortable on phones / handling high call volume
  • Strong communication + multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid data entry accuracy
  • Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office + multiple systems)

Schedule Perks

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM (hello early weekend!)
